Unique opportunity to join Green Hydrogen sector at the modern new Site of Electrolyzers in ACCELERA by Cummins!

Work model: 100% ONSITE Guadalajara, Spain.

Very high level of English is required.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Leads the planning, designing, purchasing, and implementation of changes to the manufacturing equipment and systems.

  • Leads the work for specific projects to create and implement all aspects of a manufacturing processes to ensure safety requirements, manufacturing goals, business goals, and product specifications are met.

  • Leads by applying the knowledge or use of manufacturing principles and practices to improve manufacturing equipment and processes.

  • Impacts the work by utilizing continuous improvement tools, following the Cummins standards, and leading the development of manufacturing standards and working methods.

  • Leads the communications with and influences key external stakeholders, business leaders, and functional members.

  • Works with internal and external resources on specific project assignments.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • College, university, or equivalent degree required: Technical Engineering (Industrial especialized in Mechanical preferably).

  • Relevant work experience required (8-10 years experience) at Industrial plats, as Manufacturing or Process engineering.

  • Industrial Engineering Knowledge - Integrates the pillars of industrial engineering techniques by applying a comprehensive and quantitative analysis to available data to be used as decision factors for the development or improvement of manufacturing processes to contribute to the most efficient process.

  • Manufacturing Knowledge - Demonstrates the knowledge of manufacturing by correctly implementing changes in current processes, equipment, and applications to meet the function's needs and contribute towards continuous improvement.

  • Very good level in English iis required (B2-C1 equivalent)

  • 2D/3D Drawings :CAD knowlege (CREO preferably)

  • Skills: Problem Solving, Health & Safety fundamentals, Action oriented, Communicates Effectively, Collaborative, Proactive, Optimizes work processes.
