ProLogic HR Landscape Maintenance Crew Member in Greenville, South Carolina

Typical Day: You can expect to work Monday- Friday, 7:30am-5:00pm
- Assist in the loading of vehicles and preparation for the job site.
- Represent the company well on-site through good communication with fellow team members or clients, clean work sites, and clean equipment.
- Responsible for mowing, trimming, and blowing lawns.
- Follow the process for maintaining each property.
- Return to the shop once the route is complete.
- Clean out trucks each afternoon for efficient job flow.
Requirements:

- 1-3 years of Lawn Maintenance experience preferred.
- Ability to operate lawn mowers, string trimmer, backpack blower, and specialized equipment.
- Has and is willing to expand horticultural knowledge.
- Ability to develop a general working knowledge of the job flow, and processes for completing tasks.
- Ability to learn and safely use the equipment on the job site.
- Ability to remain professional in difficult circumstances.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role that may include prolonged periods of standing and lifting over 50 pounds.
