A Test Rig Maintenance Technician is needed for a multinational manufacturing company that produces and distributes trucks, buses and construction equipment, as well as marine and industrial drive systems in the Greensboro, NC area. This position involves managing the availability, calibration, maintenance, and repair of test equipment, while also ensuring adherence to safety and environmental standards.

responsibilities:

  • Ensure availability of equipment in test facilities.

  • Ensure calibration of measurement devices and alert in case of non-conformity of device output.

  • Manage the procurement and storage of the test facilities, spare parts, and fuels with safety and environmental care.

  • Maintain test rigs and facilities.

  • Calibrate and measure emissions and software data.

  • Organize support and repair of the device from the supplier.

  • Draw conclusions and analyze root causes from the fault reporting.
