JOB REQUIREMENTS: KI has an opening for a Product Change Engineering Manager on our Product Modifications team at our corporate headquarters in Green Bay, WI. The Product Change Engineering Manager is a mentor and coach to the product change engineers and is responsible for priorities and schedules to meet the requirements of the customers, KI manufacturing, sales, and marketing. The Product Change Engineering Manager position also designs modified products that meet the customer\'s requirements, pass all required tests, are ergonomically correct, can be manufactured, and meet all budget and visual criteria, as outlined on the product modification request. The ideal candidate will have: A bachelor\'s degree in mechanical engineering or related field. A minimum of 2 years\' experience in new product development or product engineering. 7 years\' experience in the non-residential furniture industry. A minimum of 2 years\' experience leading cross-functional development teams and dealing with multiple manufacturing facilities. Apply today!
