JOB REQUIREMENTS: County Materials Corporationis a leading manufacturer and trusted industry resource for concrete construction and landscape products. We are seeking a Laborer/Plant Team member for our customer, County Materials in Green Bay WI. Military service members and veterans are encouraged to apply. Laborers/Plant Team members are responsible for performing a variety of tasks and duties in a safe and productive manner for the production of concrete pipe and precast concrete products in accordance with quality standards. This position is not an assembly-line style manufacturing. Starting Wage: \$21.00/hour Job Duties: Set up and clean up steel pallets for concrete molds Cut, bend and place welded wire mesh and steel rebar Prepare forms for filling concrete Clean up and maintain equipment after daily runs Assemble forms & molds for concrete production General facility maintenance and housekeeping Performs general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job Operate forklift and other task as needed. Work Environment: Work indoors Work near moving machinery and equipment - could include electrical hazards Physical Requirements: Carrying / Lifting 10 - 40 Pounds frequently Carrying / Lifting \> 40 Pounds occasionally Standing / Walking / Climbing Squatting / Crouching / Kneeling / Bending Pushing / Pulling / Reaching Above Shoulder Experience & Qualifications: Knowledge of commonly used industry concepts, practices, and procedures desired Exercise good judgment regarding work site unloading and operation Ability to perform well as a team Self motivator and must be flexible in order to accommodate needs of your team Safety minded when performing tasks Ability and willingness to learn and be trained Experience in construction, manufacturing, production, forklift operation, general labor is preferred, but not necessary Central Processing Corporation connects candidates with rewarding careers in concrete manufacturing, an industry that\'s growing faster than most.
