Our partner is a leader in distributer supply chain solutions. They value personal growth and professional advancement for their employees. They are seeking a Program Manager to manage warehouse operations and inventory processes.

Day Shift (7am or 8am start)

Salary : $55k- $62k

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong knowledge of company products including hardware, chemicals, tooling, and electric components, services, inventory systems, quality requirements, and customer plans and specifications

  • Monitor production floor bins and storage cabinets to determine when replenishment of stock is required

  • Perform regular inventory inspections for shelf life/ expiration dates as required

  • Perform regularly scheduled readings and maintain machining units (including but not limited to Coalescer Units, etc.) to the required standards in compliance with customer and regulatory standards as required

  • Conduct complex analysis/sampling and review of chemical compatibility to determine potential required actions to conform to customer requirements and industry regulations, as required

  • Perform inventory analysis to support cost saving and process improvement initiatives

  • Utilize pallet jacks, drum dolly's, drive forklifts, and/or order picker, when trained/certified

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of relevant experience in sales, distribution, and inventory management; or a combination of education and experience.

  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and employ real-time problem-solving strategies.

  • Required supervisory experience with a demonstrated ability to motivate teams to meet or exceed objectives.

  • Strong skills in process management, process improvement, and experience with JIT Contract programs, specifically in the Aerospace industry.

  • In-depth knowledge and experience with integrated database systems and Microsoft Office Suite tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Access is a plus).

  • Demonstrated critical thinking and Business Acumen application.

  • Comprehensive understanding of supply chain management/distribution processes

  • Industry experience with ISO9001 and AS9100 product distribution environments and expectations.
