As a Tax Accountant, you will collaborate with a team of experienced tax professionals to support our clients—owner-operator truck drivers. Work directly with clients to collect business deductions, balance the books, and craft the essential tax documents necessary to keep our truck drivers' businesses between the lines.

About the Opportunity:

  • Passionately share your knowledge as a tax professional by answering client and co-worker questions using everyday language

  • Accurately reconcile clients' books and generate Schedule C information for use on clients' tax returns

  • Provide exceptional customer service by proactively reaching out to clients and supporting them throughout the tax process

  • Ensure that all work produced by the tax team meets ATBS' high standards for quality and established due diligence parameters - we strive for perfection and take pride in our work!

  • Efficiently prepare a high volume of individual federal, state, and local income tax returns

About Your Expertise:

  • Progress toward an applicable Associate's or Bachelor's degree is required

  • Experience in tax is preferred

  • Proven desire to work additional hours when available
