Baptist Memorial Coordinator-Administrative - MG Admissions Outpatient Care Center in Germantown, Tennessee

Summary

Responsible for coordinating staffing for OCC rehabilitation, diabetes education and support departments. Responsible for administrative and operational support activities for BMG-OCC. Under the direct supervision of the Clinical Director, incumbent is responsible for support activities 24 hours/day, on site 8 hours/day, 5 days/week.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates staffing through scheduling, coordination and communication between departments and staff.

  • Coordinates regulatory and operational requirements for staff file maintenance and payroll.

  • Manages and supports administrative functional for OCC departments.

  • Coordination and preparation of special projects (Policies and Procedures, Presentations, Manuals, Research, Joint Commission readiness)

Requirements, Preferences and Experience

Education

Minimum: Bachelor of Science degree

Experience

Minimum: Knowledge of rehabilitation service operations a s acquired by 5-10 years experience in a rehab and/or medical staffing setting.
