Siemens Digital Industries Software is a leading provider of solutions for the design, simulation, and manufacture of products across many different industries. Formula 1 cars, skyscrapers, ships, space exploration vehicles, and many of the objects we see in our daily lives are being conceived and manufactured using our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.

We are looking for a PLM Implementation Consultant in Italy (any of northern Italy regions). Join us! What will your challenges be?

As an Implementation Consultant PLM , you will join our Professional Services organization managing software delivery projects in Italy , acting as key point of successful deployment and ensuring the work is aligned with the customer satisfaction and the contract.

You will play critical role in the success of Siemens Digital Industries Software, working closely with our customers helping them to achieve their objectives. You will provide technical expertise related to the use of our products and work in a Project team to understand customer requirements, develop technical solutions that meet those needs and support the customer for a successful deployment to production.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Client to analyze and specify the requirements

  • Take a responsibility for drafting of technical specifications

  • Design and deploy solutions based on Siemens Industry Software products

  • Contribute to the validation and support of the solutions

  • Work closely with project managers to ensure alignment with project goals and delivery progress in line with the project plan

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent)

  • Proficiency in programming languages ( C, C++, JavaScript ), software development experience

  • Technical experience in PLM or IT/Software projects

  • Self-driven and determined

  • Excellent interpersonal skills in Italian and English

  • In possession of driving license and available to travel in Italy (you will be assigned a company car)
