Job SummaryThe Program Manager is responsible for directing, establishing, promoting, and maintaining specific programs and initiatives within designated customer base including large and/or critical accounts. Effectively assist customers operational strategies to achieve timely and cost-effective solutions. Maximize communications, job planning and service delivery to achieve customer satisfaction goals.Essential FunctionsManages program to ensure that implementation and prescribed activities are carried out in accordance with specified objectives.Plans and develops methods and procedures for implementing program, directs and coordinates program activities, and exercises control over personnel responsible for specific functions or phases or program.Proactively communicates with and seeks feedback from customers. Drives outstanding customer value and loyalty.
