Mosaic Host Home Program Supervisor/Case Manager in Fremont, Nebraska

We’re looking for an Independent Contract Program Supervisor to join our team! Reporting to the Independent Contract Program Manager, the primary focus of this role is to ensure the individuals served by contractors in home environments are compliant with state rules, regulations and Mosaic’s quality standards and requirements. Home Visits occur after 5:00pm usually for about 1.5 hours. Oncall for Shared Living Providers and individuals on a caseload to answer questions or emergencies. This position will have an office in Fremont, but could work for home at times. Will be traveling in the Wahoo, Fremont, Lincoln and Ashland areas - vehicle or mileage reimbursement available.
