Description We are offering an opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team in Erlanger, Kentucky. This role requires a critical thinker who can ensure the local team stays on task and manages project implementation effectively. As a Project Manager, you will be required to set up and lead weekly meetings and follow established templates for system deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee project implementation, ensuring all tasks are completed within the specified timeline.

• Manage the local team, ensuring tasks are performed efficiently and effectively.

• Utilize Gantt charts for project scheduling and tracking.

• Ensure team members adhere to their responsibilities and tasks.

• Set up and lead weekly meetings to discuss project progress and address any issues or concerns.

• Use established templates for system deployment, previously utilized in international locations.

• Apply critical thinking skills to solve problems and overcome challenges.

• Implement change management strategies to overcome resistance and ensure project success.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams and stakeholders.

• Utilize skills in Budget Processes, Deliverable, S/4HANA, SAP HANA, SAP S/4HANA, Cross Functional Project Management, and Project Management Process Improvement to enhance project outcomes. Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in Project Management and Process Improvement

• Proficient in utilizing tools such as S/4HANA, SAP HANA, and SAP S/4HANA

• Strong knowledge of Budget Processes

• Experience in managing Deliverables

• Skilled in Cross Functional Project Management

• Ability to lead and manage project teams effectively

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proactive in identifying and resolving project-related issues

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
