Overview:\ We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team. As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing diesel engines and vehicles. This is a full-time position with outstanding pay and benefits

Duties:\ - Perform routine maintenance on diesel engines and vehicles, including oil changes, filter replacements, and tire services.\ - Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in diesel engines, transmissions, and other components.\ - Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and recommend necessary repairs.\ - Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot issues and ensure accurate repairs.\ - Collaborate with team members to complete repair jobs efficiently.\ - Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:\ - Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic or similar role.\ - Strong knowledge of diesel engine systems, tractor-trailers, tractor repair, and maintenance procedures.\ - Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.\ - Excellent problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions.\ - Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.\ - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing repairs.\ - Excellent customer service skills to interact with team members in a professional manner.\ - Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record.

Preferred Skills (not required):\ - Experience working with Cummins, Detroit and forklift engines.\ - Knowledge of HVAC systems in diesel vehicles.
