Licensed Residential Service Plumber - Direct Hire

1st shift, 8am-5pm, $60k-$100k/year. DOE

Job Duties:

  • Utilize your plumbing experience to service and repair residential plumbing systems.
  • Provide comprehensive solutions to customers, assisting them in making the best decisions for their homes and families.
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship, aiming for 100% customer satisfaction before leaving the premises.
  • Run 3 to 5 service calls per day providing and over the top WOW customer experience every time, always striving for 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Diagnose and repair all types of residential plumbing systems, components, and fixtures.
  • Clearly communicate your diagnosis and findings to the customer sharing all options and ensuring the customer has all the information they need to make the best decision.
  • Prepare estimates and invoices using our field service software.
  • Safely operate a company vehicle observing all traffic laws.
  • Keep your assigned vehicle clean, organized, and well stocked.
  • Properly wear the company uniform maintaining a neat and clean personal appearance.
  • Attend company meetings weekly.

Requirements;

  • Must have a valid, insurance acceptable drivers license.
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED certificate.
  • Must have at least 3-year experience in residential plumbing.
  • Must be able to drive to local job sites on a daily basis.
  • On-call and overtime hours as needed.
  • Good hygiene and cleanliness is required at all times.
  • Must adhere to the company uniform policy.
  • Maintain a clean vehicle and make office aware of maintenance issues.
