Position : Telecom & Audio Video Instructor

Lincoln Tech in Union, NJ is seeking Telecommunication and Audio/Visual Technicians to teach students in our Electrical and Electronics Systems program. No prior teaching experience is necessary, we will provide the tools you need to become a successful instructor. Make a positive impact on the next generation of technicians and begin a rewarding new career!

Key Qualifications

3+ years’ experience in Telecommunications or Audio/Video Systems including:

  • Knowledge of telephone systems and IP phone systems

  • Basic networking and wireless technologies

  • Fiber Optic splicing and termination

  • Understanding and Installation of Audio and video systems

  • Residential or Commercial System Integration

Responsibilities

  • Teach and provide hands-on training in Electrical and Electronics Systems in our fully equipped facility.

  • Facilitate and effectively deliver Lincoln Tech accredited course curriculum.

  • Support and motivate student growth, professionalism, and accountability,

  • Evaluate and communicate progress with students.

  • Teach students about the importance of safety and compliance.

  • Great communication skills

  • Proficient with technology

  • Teaching experience a plus

  • High school diploma/GED
