Job description Casa Taco (Best of the City Winner) is looking for qualified Taco Ninja's to join our Elephant Butte team. If you are a great multi-tasker, take direction well, learn quickly and like a fast pace and great food then you should definitely apply !! We make everything from scratch and take pride in serving the best ! Casa Taco is open 7 days a week for Lunch and Dinner Responsibilities include: Being ON TIME for your shift. Maintain a clean safe work area. Prepare your station and cooking areas for the shift. Maintain the highest level of food quality. Communicate with coworkers, counter persons and management. Be aware of what is happening in the Front-of-the-house (I.e. unexpected rush of people) Follow all health and safety regulations. Follow all restaurant regulations. Control and limit waste. Communicate problems and ideas to management. Maintain all kitchen equipment and utensils. Keep kitchen area clean and organized. Follow proper rotation procedures. Follow the recipes to meet the restaurants standards. Be a team playersupport and assist your fellow team members whenever possible.
