Job Information

TECOLOTE RESEARCH, INC. Conference Room/IT Coordinator in El Segundo, California

Overview The ideal candidate will be a bright, energetic, customer service-oriented IT professional with preferably 1-3+ years of experience in computer systems administration, possess strong time management skills, reasonably current knowledge of IT products, standards, practices, and support infrastructures. Critical thinking, strong troubleshooting and problem resolution skills are a must. Work location will be El Segundo, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Manage conference rooms at three Tecolote locations
  • Coordinate with front office and security in preparation for large meetings
  • Secure and configure computer hardware
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Handle hardware upgrades
  • Work with third party vendors to provide
  • Network support and troubleshooting
  • Attention to Detail
  • Providing meeting support services for approximately 50 events per year
  • Providing on-site IT support throughout the duration of each meeting

Other Requirements:

  • Proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate understands Zoom, Zoom Rooms, MS Teams, Google Meets and has the ability to quickly learn other tools as necessary.
  • Salary Range $50,000 - $60,000
