Description

Our great west metro client is seeking a Project Coordinator. As a Project Coordinator, you will thrive on the opportunity to be part of a team dedicated to improving performance by changing behavior. Your role will involve both internal and external communication and project delivery. You will support the team in the preparation of deliverables, including project plans and timelines. Your responsibilities will also include sales processing, coordinating shipping, managing processes, and information systems.

You will serve as the focal point for all workflow into the organization to ensure seamless execution of each training session, aiming to achieve world-class results. This full-time position requires extensive contact with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively coordinate the progression of corporate training workshops and events

  • Coordinate event/workshop logistics

  • Follow key tasks within a customer relationship management platform

  • Update necessary documents based on project scope changes (program assets, timelines) to the project team

  • Anticipate customer (internal/external) needs and provide world-class customer service.

  • Be responsible for generating and maintaining delivery schedules.

Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage tasks and priorities

  • Ability to work remotely or in an office setting

  • Self-motivated and shows initiative

  • Outstanding communication, organization, and relationship skills

  • Creative problem-solving ability with a focus on process improvement

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to collaborate effectively with a broad range of individuals and groups

  • Demonstrated commitment to personal accountability

  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Zoom

  • A learner's heart, enthusiasm for life, and a desire to grow

  • Experience in project coordination

  • Undergraduate Degree in business or related field, or comparable business experience of 2+ years.

    Requirements

• Must have at least one year of experience in a Project Coordinator role or similar position

• Proficiency in data entry is required

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is necessary

• Must possess strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• High level of integrity and trustworthiness
