Genesis10 is seeking a RPA Business Analyst for a contract with our client in Eden Prairie, MN. 100% Remote. Job Description: An RPA Business Analyst who can conduct working sessions with business and has the ability to create process design documents is responsible for understanding business requirements and designing automation solutions that meet those requirements. They must have a deep understanding of business processes and experience working with RPA tools and technologies. In this role, the RPA Business Analyst will be responsible for conducting working sessions with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and design automation solutions that meet those requirements. They must have the ability to create process design documents that clearly outline the requirements, design, and implementation details of the automation solution. Key Responsibilities: Conduct working sessions with business stakeholders to understand their requirements Design automation solutions that meet business requirements Create process design documents that clearly outline the requirements, design, and implementation details of the automation solution Collaborate with RPA developers to ensure that the automation solution is developed according to the process design document Participate in testing and implementation of the automation solution Provide training and support to business stakeholders on the use of the automation solution Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and automation Required Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with experience in RPA implementations Strong understanding of business processes and experience working with RPA tools and technologies Ability to conduct working sessions with business stakeholders and translate their requirements into automation solutions Ability to create process design documents that clearly outline the requirements, design, and implementation details of the automation solution Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus. Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $35.00-$40.00 We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
