DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Efficiently process financial documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

  • Navigate Accounts Payable hold requests and cross deductions from carrier payables

  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for inquiries from our expansive network and carrier community

  • Skillfully manage returned payments, minimizing disruptions to our financial network

  • Adhere to meticulous processes while identifying opportunities for enhancements

  • Collaborate with team members to implement process improvements, driving efficiency and effectiveness

  • Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Minimum 1 year of prior experience in a financial support role and/or roles

Preferred:

  • Previous customer service experience

  • Quick learner who is successful at multi-tasking

  • Possesses strong detail orientation

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs

  • Enthusiastic, curious, and self-motivated

  • Possess high level of customer service skills

  • Possess strong troubleshooting skills

  • Ability to understand and follow multiple operational procedures and rule sets

  • Ability to motivate and encourage change, able to get positive results in a very large, dispersed organization
