Receptionist Job Category: Administrative Services Requisition Number: RECEP003691 Part-Time Easthampton, MA 01027, USA Job Details Description The Lathrop Community is an over 55 planned living community with locations in Easthampton and Northampton. We are currently hiring a part time weekend, Saturday and Sunday, concierge/security member at the Easthampton campus. The hours of this position run 8:00am to 4:00pm and is part of a 24/7 coverage team. Additional hours and coverage may be available to assist filling in holidays as well as vacation coverage. Our concierge team is the first point of contact upon entering Lathrop and is acting as a gatekeeper to ensure all visitors are signed in and out of the Inn. These team members also serve as the main security or triage person, where all emergency calls come to our main desk. The types of emergency calls include pendant alerts, pull-cord alerts as well as fire alarms and responses are based off protocol in many cases with other staff support. All other daily main duties include greeting visitors, answering all incoming calls, assisting residents as needed as well as general clerical and administrative support when asked. Proficiency with the Microsoft suite as well as the ability to learn other software packages is required.
