EFFECTIVELY FACILITATE LIFE ENRICHMENT PROGRAM by: developing, planning, organizing, scheduling and leading diverse programs that ensure the emotional, educational, physical, spiritual and emotional needs of the residents are met. ensuring that programs are provided and on-going seven days-a-week, including evenings. responsible for the facilitation of scheduling, set up, introduction of guest speakers, as necessary, and attendance at programs, including evenings and weekends. developing and maintaining a volunteer program with residents and community.
