Position : Financial Aid Advisor-Campus Liaison

Lincoln Tech in East Windsor, CT is seeking an on-campus Financial Aid Advisor who will serve as the support liaison between corporate financial aid services and the campus. This very important role will assist students with their financial aid, organize the process, manage data, and complete student files.

This is a great opportunity for a student-centered and detail-oriented individual, as this role plays a critical function in the overall success of our schools.

Key Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

  • Financial Aid experience in higher education

Responsibilities

  • Assist students in completing their financial aid to start school

  • Organize and manage all required data entry and file maintenance in the student information systems

  • Maintain student electronic files

  • Review and service New, Veteran, and Agency students in working with corporate financial aid departments

  • Assist with document collection for Title IV clearance

  • Attend all campus orientations, student start dates, and other required dates as requested

  • Communicate with Directors of Financial Aid

  • Must have 2 years prior Financial Aid experience in higher education
