Chemours Leerwerkers en stagiaires - open sollicitatie in Dordrecht, Netherlands

Voor onze site in Dordrecht zijn we regelmatig op zoek naar leerwerkers. We starten elk jaar, twee lichtingen van ons leerwerk programma's voor Operators B/C. De opleidingen starten in september en februari en hiervoor starten kandidaten vooraf met een proefperiode van 6 weken alvorens de opleiding start. Wil je op tijd zijn om in te stromen, meld je dan aan rond maart/april voor instroom in september en in september/oktober voor instroom in februari.
Wat houdt dit leerwerk programma precies in?
Via Chemours volg je de opleiding Process Operator B en later C, dit staat gelijk aan een MBO niveau 3(B) en 4(C) diploma. De opleiding tot operator B duurt 2 jaar en je werkt gedurende deze 2 opleidingsjaren via onze externe detacheringspartner bij Chemours in de 5 ploegendienst in een van onze fabrieken. Je leert de kneepjes van het vak van ervaren operators in jouw ploeg en krijgt een vaste mentor toegewezen. Je combineert de theorie direct met de praktijk. Als alles goed verloopt behaal je na 2 jaar jouw diploma en kom je bij goed functioneren in dienst bij Chemours.

Daarnaast heeft Chemours diverse stage mogelijkheden, zo hebben we altijd een stagiaire op de HR afdeling, maar kan je ook stage lopen in de productie, bij maintenance of binnen onze afdeling Technology.
