Searching for:

A skilled and semi-skilled employee to engaged in a wide variety of tasks in the operation and maintenance of the building, grounds and equipment of the venue.

Will assists in the installation of the portable riser systems, basketball floor, ice deck, football/soccer setup, tables, and chairs.

Will assist in the planning, layout, space allotment of various functions such as trade shows, banquets, convention meetings, concerts and stage attractions.

Will assist in proper cleaning and repair methods, use of materials and operation of equipment.

Will conduct daily inspection of the venue and reports damage and vandalism. When appropriate, repairs damage or makes arrangements for repairs to be made.

Will assist in the conversion of changeover of the venue from one event to another.

Education/Experience:

High School diploma, GED or equivalent.

Ability to operate light machinery, such as fork lifts, front end loader, and scrubber.

Ability to operate applicable computer programs to accomplish essential functions of the job

In addition to normal weekday business hours, the duties of this position will require work during or immediately following shows or events which occur outside of normal business hours (nights, weekends, holidays, etc.).
