Passenger Service Representative Senior

  • Supports the DJBOSS Passenger Terminal, Cargo Handling & ATOC Contract

  • Determines, equipment, and personnel required to accomplish air transportation functions

  • Loads and unloads passengers, and baggage moved on military and commercial- contract aircraft.

  • Prepares, completes, and maintains air movement’s records, automated or manual passenger manifests utilizing GATES or DD Form 2131 Manual Passenger manifest

  • Determine military passenger travel eligibility IAW Department of Defense Travel Regulation (DTR), DoD 4515.13R Travel Eligibility, AFI 24-6051 V.2

  • Uses computer systems to provide in-transit visibility over passenger movement operations (GATES)

  • Provide passenger counter services including, but not limited to processing of passengers, baggage and passenger/baggage security screening IAW appropriate DoD instructions

  • Provide support to other departments within Air Operations as mission dictates

Certification/Education Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-year hands on experience with Global Air Transportation Execution System (GATES)

• Ability to obtain Common Access Card (CAC)

Additional requirements:

  • Must be fluent in English.

  • Must possess passport book (not passport card) with at least 12 months of remaining validity AND with at least 4 blank visa/stamp pages remaining.

  • Must possess driver’s license with at least 6 months of remaining validity.
