**[GENERAL DESCRIPTION: [Works with Pathway Director to direct and manage overall daily operations of a Boys and Girls Club site serving children and/or teens with primary responsibilities focused on high-quality program development and implementation. Along with a clear focus on program outcomes and services, supervision and training of staff, facilities management, and membership development.

Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate all Club site educational/enrichment programs, outcomes, services, and activities to ensure they support the overall mission of Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Iowa

Be a source of continued support, encouragement, and mentorship for all Club site staff and volunteers including their training and supervision

In coordination with Pathway Director, utilize personal guidance, leadership skills, and progressive disciplinary practices as necessary and appropriate with members, staff and volunteers; ensure compliance with all organizational policies and procedures

Provide accurate and timely documentation on activities, attendance, and participation as part of regularly scheduled reporting processes

Ensure the safety and health of all Club members, staff, and outside groups at all times through effective personnel, property, and equipment management

Conduct and attend regularly scheduled staff meetings

Take inventory and order supplies as needed

Address concerns, questions, issues of parents, teachers and or principal

Advise Pathway Director of any program needs, concerns, and problems: i.e., additional staffing, volunteers

Assisting in YDP evaluations

Prepare weekly and monthly schedules for staff and programs

Review and update all club site timecards weekly

Promotes, stimulates and recruits member program participation by contacting feeder schools and parents and ensuring a new member orientation process
