Through ourpeople and leading services, systems and solutions Allied Universal is therefo JOB DESCRIPTION: POSITION OVERVIEW Allied Universal is seeking a Manager of Operational Excellence to leadthe development, deployment, and execution of robust coaching, trainingand enablement programs designed to drive company-wide, branch office, andindividual success. The position involves in-person visits to company branchoffices around the country (80% travel), detailed assessments ofin-branch and in-the-field operational performance, intensive discussionsand reviews of current processes with branch office staff, a clever anddetermined approach to solutions, action planning and target setting withbranch office and regional leadership teams, and follow-ups to reinforce theimplementation of best practices. Primary responsibilities for the Manager include: * Responsible for the operational best practices training and enablementof branch and regional leadership teams * Lead the successful execution of exhaustive in-branch operationalimprovement sessions * Thoroughly review branch performance, evaluating processes, andproposing solutions * Engage in the analysis, development, and tracking of improvementsession actions and results * Responsible for spearheading, developing, and deploying additionaloperational excellence initiatives as needed * Travel to client locations and branch offices to provide operationalsupport * Provide operations subject matter expertise to the Training andDevelopment team * Responsible for the support of business growth efforts through newbusiness presentations, transition support and client retention activities * Manage, develop and create content for training programs in supportof company initiatives, large prospects and all company operators * Consult with senior leadership on the coaching and development of fieldpersonnel with identified performance gaps * Meet monthly, quarterly and/or yearly objectives as set by theVP/ Training and Development * Work with all levels in the organization to identify, analyze andsolve problems and create opportunities for continuous improvement * Maintain confidentiality of all information and data REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor s Degree, with distinctionpreferred, in any business-related or quantitative field: * Optimistic, high-energy, and enthusiastic * Willingness to travel up to 80% * Proven ability to identify and solve problems and adapt to ongoingchallenges * Proven track record of positively influencing teams and the
