We are searching for an Intern to join our innovative Human Resources Department!

Riverside Community Care makes a difference in the lives of individuals, families, and communities by delivering compassionate, locally based, integrated behavioral healthcare and human services. While we grow as an organization, it is necessary for Human Resources to keep up with our non-profit's major resource, our amazing employees.

This internship will provide you with the opportunity for hands on multi-faceted experience in Training, Employee Relations, Diversity and Inclusion, Benefits Administration and HR Systems. Duties include assisting with technical support for virtual trainings, data entry, prepping/reviewing employee communications, input on curriculum development and much more! In addition, this role includes project work that will involve strategy, research, and analysis. You will have the opportunity to collaborate as a team member as well as work independently as an individual contributor.

With this terrific opportunity, you will get exposed to several functional areas within the human resources team and gain valuable experience. This is a perfect internship for students interested in learning about all aspects of human resources.

Schedule: Flexible weekdays and hours, preferably two to four days a week between the hours of 8 am to 5 pm. A minimum of 12 hours per week is preferred; this is a hybrid position.

This internship is unpaid.
