Express Employment Professionals South is looking for a Full Time Maintenance Manager located in Kettering, OH. 1st shift- Mon-Thur. with Potential OT on Fridays 6am-4:30pm  Pay: $20 an up based on experience.  Education: Associates Desired, or 3 to 5 years experience. Job Duties: Approve work schedules of maintenance crew. Change schedules as business needs change develop preventative maintenance programs along with safety leader  schedule repairs and maintenance of all equipment  approve requisition of new equipment contracts and tools maintain security and maintenance of the plant  approves the use of third party contractors as needed - plumbing, electrical, hvac, security, exterminator, landscaper, snow removal, window washer, janitorial..ect.  Experience: 2-5 years experience in construction or maintenance, in a manufacturing or distribution company.  Electrical plumbing and hvac experience 2-5 years Strong thinking skills communication- both written and verbal attention to detail-goes the extra step project management creative mindset/problem solver   Positive attitude and personality  *MINIMUM 3 YEARS experience in maintenance activities *
