As the IT Global ProjectWise Support Professional, you’ll become an integral part of the Global Project Technology Solutions (PTS) Team, supporting, administering, configuring, and implementing ProjectWise throughout the Jacobs global enterprise with major focus on Americas region. We’ll help you grow your skills and experience in the administration and support of ProjectWise in various configurations, all in collaboration with team members and business stakeholders.

Your innovative spirit will motivate you to strive for opportunities to provide the business with a better ProjectWise experience. This is your chance to be part of cutting-edge technologies and to work on some of the largest engineering projects in the world.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

  • Overall system support of ProjectWise EDMS platform including development and maintenance of configurations, access controls, metadata structures, workflows and system options; managing integration with office and CAD.

  • InterPlot Organizer experience, including but not limited to creating Pen/Design Scripts, Settings files.

  • Experience in creating ProjectWise Rendition Profiles

  • Support Deliverables Management (DM); coordinate with project teams on transmittal templates and usage training.

  • Support ProjectWise Web Drive

  • Providing high-level (Tier 3 Service Desk) end user support of ProjectWise.

  • Documenting corporate Knowledge Base articles.

Here’s what you’ll need :

  • At least 5 years’ experience supporting a ProjectWise environment

  • Comprehensive administration knowledge of ProjectWise

  • Understanding of the Architectural, Engineering and Construction industries

  • Proficiency or working knowledge in MicroStation, Open Suites and Civil 3D in the ProjectWise environment

  • InterPlot Organizer proficiency, including the creation of Design Scripts, and or Pen Tables

  • ProjectWise Rendition Profile creation

  • Knowledge in the application of ISO19650 within a ProjectWise environment

  • Understanding of PowerShell

  • Knowledge of the Bentley Connect platform and related Services

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an Information Technology field
