As a Halliburton Level IV Tool Technician, your experience and expertise with down-hole tools will be focused on addressing major maintenance and repair issues. This opportunity in the tool tech family presents itself to those who have served for at least five years as a Level III Tool Technician , or equivalent tool repair experience. That experience, coupled with proven leadership skills, is invaluable in the mentoring and training of lower level tool technicians. Bring a safety- first attitude to the table by ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations. Your ability to locate, read and understand tool drawings for Product Service Line-specific tool operations is essential as is your aptitude for assessing tool functionality tests. Day-to-day job activities involve challenging work and exposure to critical conditions or situations. The job requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of five years experience in tool operations and/or field equipment.Basic reading comprehension and writing skills are required; basic computer skills, including some SAP knowledge, are preferred.
