Aerotek Production Associate (1st Shift) in Cuba, Missouri

Description:

LMI is looking for Production Associates to work in one of three different areas; Chemical Bath, Pre-Paint, and Masking

Chemical Baths Rack parts that are scheduled for bath

Hang parts so they don't fall off during baths. Tight screw down, tighten metal pieces together, follow spec in work order

Some are large pieces hanging from racks being taped down, or laid down

Pre-Paint Rack/stage up to 4K-5K pieces in paint booth to prep for painting

Flip all pieces that are being painted on both sides

Manually count the parts and ensure the same number goes back to client

Masking Tape over areas that are not to get painted

Scuff up part to allow paint to adhere
