Minnesota Energy Resources is recruiting for Student Meter Painters (Student Worker) in Crosby, Minnesota. These are full-time summer positions beginning in May or June.The typical hours for this position are 8 AM - 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. Starting Pay: $17.85 Job Summary Summer students provide general assistance and perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by various departments in the corporate and district offices, service center, warehouse, and surrounding locations. Job Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting Perform painting (primarily meter sets), cleaning, and housekeeping duties Load, unload, and store material Assist with janitorial tasks such as minor repairs, changing light bulbs, etc. Enter data and operate computers File documents Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older High School Diploma, HSED, or GED Enrolled as a part-time/full-time student pursuing a Technical, Associate, Bachelor, or Master's Degree A valid driver's license This position requires you to use your personal vehicle to travel to various work sites throughout the day End Date:04/15/2024 We reserve the right to modify the application deadline or discontinue accepting applications for any position if deemed necessary.
