Sodus Rehab & Nursing Center Wait Staff/Server in Cortlandt, New York

Shift: Per-Diem Evening shift (4pm-7pm) & Weekends

New Rate ( Up To $17/hr )

Duties and Responsibilities:

May include all or part of the following but not limited to:

  • Perform defined work using dietary utensils, supplies and equipment as assigned by the Dietary Supervisor.

  • Meet scheduled meal and snack times.

  • Provide assistance to the cook in the preparation and service of meals.

  • Follow Federal, State and local long term care regulations and Dietary Department policies and procedures.

  • Follow cleaning schedules and perform cleaning duties as scheduled.

  • Set dining rooms for resident service.

  • Serve meals.

  • Stock pantry and cupboards with dishware and food items as per par levels.

  • Attend in-service educational programs.

Qualifications:

Experience in dietary service is preferred.
