Description: The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible to assist in sessions of the required trainings, conduct audits and observations, and provide feedback based on outcomes and recommendations.One of the primary duties is conduct investigations per Justice Center and OPWDD regulations. Candidates are expected to maintain investigation reports and keep up-to-date on regulations. Requirements: Associates degree and at least one year of experience in OMH/OPWDD Services. Experience in investigations and training is highly desired.
