Allied Universal Training and Talent Development Coordinator in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania

Allied Universal® is hiring a Training and Talent Development Coordinator. The Training and Talent Development Coordinator is responsible for the logistical planning, scheduling, and supporting of our training and development programs. The Coordinator will work on company-wide training and development projects and initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate logistics and oversee administrative duties for weekly onboarding management training, ensuring participants are scheduled and informed about upcoming sessions

  • Facilitate acquisition processes by organizing training sessions and providing ongoing support to training managers for seamless integration

  • Oversee the training ticketing system, offering customer support and guidance to Learning Management System (LMS) users for an efficient resolution of queries

  • Assist the LMS Manager with the uploading of daily reports, contributing to the maintenance of up-to-date training records

  • Offer administrative assistance for various talent management initiatives, playing a key role in assisting in the development and execution of strategic plans

  • Contribute to the design and quality of training materials by proofreading and editing content, creating, and updating PowerPoint presentations, and developing training flyers, guides, and job aids

  • Administer and communicate the North American monthly training calendar, coordinating with presenters and organizing monthly sessions to ensure a comprehensive training schedule

  • Achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals, while being adaptable to take on additional duties and responsibilities as needed to support the organization's objectives

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum of two (2) years of prior professional experience in training, design, and/or administrative support

  • Strong technical skills, with working knowledge of personal computers

  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook), Adobe Acrobat and Internet and website navigation

  • Customer service skills, with the ability to successfully interact with all levels in the organization

  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments, and effectively manage deadlines

  • High level of integrity, and apply rules, policies, and employment actions in a consistent, fair, and equitable manner in all situations

  • Professional, articulate, and able to use good independent judgment and discretion

  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills; able to read, write and speak English fluently

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):

  • Prior professional experience in training, design, and/or administrative support

  • Familiarity with learning management systems

  • Associate’s degree or higher in education, communication, business, or related field of study
