Bombardier Analyst, Quality Assurance in Colon, Mexico

In your role, you will

  • Monitoring and follow up of new customer complaints, status of containment and corrective action, identifying the risks associated to ensure the on-time delivery of the Queretaro products.

  • Coordinate the development of corrective action plans to contain and response the customer complaints at Queretaro site.

  • Establishment CAB review meeting with Bombardier sites to follow up the customer complaints.

  • Develop and optimize all the visual aids issued to production shopfloor to do the follow up of containment and corrective actions.

  • Ensure the decision-making are based on the cost-benefit analysis of each customer complaint.

  • Support the investigation and resolutions of situation derived from customers complaints, audits and follow ups of quality alerts.

As our ideal candidate

  • You have bachelor's degree in Aeronautics, Industrial or Administrative Industrial Engineering.

  • You have advanced technical and business English.

  • You have experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

  • You have experience with BMS (Bombardier Manufacturing System), Bombardier manuals (BM's), BES (Bombardier Engineering Systems), QMS (Quality Management System), SMS (Safety Management System), internal and industry regulatory requirements (ISO 9001, QAD, etc.)

  • You have knowledge of certifications of Catia V5 (or related such as Autocad), SAP, 3DVIA, Advanced Excel, Office 365

  • You have configuration and review of Technical Drawings

  • You have SAP management
