Overview

Responsibilities

  1. Utilizes innovative customer service techniques to provide a positive patient care experience for the patient and their family.

  2. Acts professionally in all dealings with internal and external customers to promote a working environment that focuses on the patient experience and not operational rivalries or roadblocks to care.

  3. Perform all of the duties and responsibilities of a registered vascular ultrasonographer. Produces quality ultrasound images to support patient care activities.

  4. Coordinates daily operations of their function, both in-house and external sites, to ensure quality care is delivered in a manner that is efficient, effective and in the most cost- effective manner.

  5. Responsible for frontline supervision of members of their team and provides written feedback to the director supervisor during the evaluation process.

  6. Creates a work environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesion.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience Education: Associates Degree

  • Experience: 3 years sonography experience

Required Licensure and Certifications

  • Active certification by American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) as a Registered Vascular Technologist ARDMS (RVT) or ARRT (VS)

Pay Range

$31.92 - $46.29 /hour
