Workers will plant in greenhouses, as well as plant and transplant crops in fields. Workers will perform field work of hand weeding, thinning and hoeing, as well as other duties related to planting, maintaining and harvesting of crops. Workers are required to stand, bend and kneel for long periods of time in all weather. Workers must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds independently and up to 100 pounds with assistance. Workers must be willing to work in varied weather ranging from extremely cold in the spring/fall as well as hot, humid rainy weather in the summer.
