Honeywell Ship/Rec Specialist - Level 3 (1st shift) in Clearwater, Florida

As a Shipping/Receiving Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing the efficient flow of goods, products, or services within our organization's supply chain and distribution network. You will play a critical role in ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining inventory accuracy, and optimizing shipping processes. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will contribute to the overall efficiency of our supply chain operations.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations by ensuring accurate and timely shipping and receiving of goods. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate transportation methods, track shipments, and resolve any issues that may arise. Your ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple shipments will be crucial in meeting customer expectations and maintaining a smooth flow of materials.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• First shift Monday-Friday

• Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of the contents

• Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to shipping guidelines

• Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries

• Maintain accurate records of all shipping and receiving activities

• Inspect and report any damages or discrepancies in shipments

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve shipping and receiving issues

• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements

US Citizen Requirements

Due to compliance with US export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements

YOU MUST HAVE

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• 1+ years of experience in stockroom and receiving operations

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Proficiency in using shipping software and systems

WE VALUE

• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment

• SAP Experience

• Forklift certification

• Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements in shipping and receiving

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
