As an Assembler Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in the assembly of our products. You will be responsible for performing assembly tasks according to specifications and quality standards. Your attention to detail and precision will contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and reliability of our products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations and the satisfaction of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Weekend shift 6:00am - 6:00pm Friday-Sunday

  • Build all units (follow Work Instructions, SOD, SOS, etc.) without supervision

  • NO more than 3 Internal Escapes within a 12 month period

  • Recognize and action part shortages

  • Recognize / identify and escalate part and process defects

  • Participate/Understand RPS/RCCA processes

  • Participate in Tier meeting discussions

  • Follow all the 8 Honeywell Behaviors

  • Complete Basic Rework (only to their level of experience and skill)

  • Able to flex in different operations and complete different tasks

  • Tier 1 reports (understand reports/impacts) (Action Rail/Aged WIP)

  • Follow all 5S Honeywell principles

    U.S. Citizen REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements

YOU MUST HAVE

  • High School Diploma/GED Equivalent

  • 1+ years of soldering experience
