The Larson Group Truck Porter/CDL Transport Driver in Cincinnati, Ohio
The Larson Group Peterbilt is looking for a Truck Porter / CDL Transport Driver to join our growing organization at our Cincinnati, OH location. The potential candidate will be responsible for cleaning and general maintenance for the shop. What We Offer: * Paid Time Off * Paid Holidays * Medical, Dental and Basic Life * 401K with employer contribution * Bi-weekly Pay Schedule * Opportunity for advancement and Career Development Responsibilities: * Wash and detail all inventory as needed. * Ensures all trucks start and move on a weekly basis. * Keeps trucks clean and prepped for delivery. * Ensures that trucks have sufficient fuel for test drives. * Installs TLG mud flaps on all stock trucks. * Ensures proper operation of all lights and air systems. * Performs minor repairs and installation of accessories as needed. * Notifies manager immediately of defects on trucks. * Operate company vehicles in a safe and legal manner. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Performs miscellaneous duties as needed. Qualifications: * Should possess a high school diploma. * Experience in a related field is preferred but not required. * Mechanical aptitude is recommended. * Must obtain a class “B” CDL license. * Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen and background check. *Please note this is a safety-sensitive position Must possess a high school diploma. Must possess or obtain a Class A CDL. Motor Vehicle Record must adhere to TLG MVR guidelines. Two years of experience in a similar position is preferred. A mechanical aptitude is recommended.
