This is a vital role in our Finance department whose success relies upon your finely tuned skills and background. If you are ready to make a difference, you must be able to accomplish these tasks: Responsibilities Play an integral role in valuation, analysis, and forecasting processes and assessments. Furthermore, provide analysis and explanation of significant trends and contribute to the presentation of periodic financial results to management; Serve as a direct liaison between FP&A and Business Partners, Accounting and other finance groups. Maintain and enhance expense forecasting models and reports; Lead quarterly meetings with Budget Owners. Present actuals, variance explanations and forecasts; Present variance commentary and reforecasts to Sr. Leadership; Collaborate with the Finance team in implementing Adaptive budgeting/forecasting and reporting. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent discipline with 1-3 years' experience Highly organized, possess high attention to detail, deadline oriented Excellent analytical and communication (both verbal and written) skills Advanced knowledge of MS Excel Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with all levels of management Team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision if needed Medpace Overview Medpace is a full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO).
