Job Summary:
The Clinical Talent Experience and Retention Specialist role is within Prolink’s Workforce Solutions organization. This position partners with internal stakeholders toserve as a resource and role model for clinical external talent on assignment.
Roles & Responsibilites:
Support development of recruitment, engagement, performance management, and retention programs,includingtheexpansionandenhancementofexistingloyaltyprogram
Establish relationships with clinical external talent to promote evidence-based practices, assess availableresources,anddevelopprogramstoenactoptimalsolutions
CreateadirectconnectionbetweentheProLinkteamandclinicalexternaltalenttoinfluenceclinicalcompetence,growth,rewardsandrecognition,andoverallworldclassexperiences
Serveasaresourcethroughouttheorganizationandwithclientstoadvanceandimprovethepracticeenvironmentsupportingclinicalexcellence
Utilizeappropriatesourcesofdataandtechnologytomakedecisionsandproactivelymitigaterisk
Evaluateandmeasureadherencetosafetyandqualitystandards
Collectandanalyzetalentretentiondatatodriveactionplanningandachievementofdesiredoutcomes
SupportQuarterlyBusinessReviewswithSalesteamfordedicatedgroupofclients
Minimum Qualifications / Education:
2+yearsofnursing experience
CurrentRNlicensureincandidate’shomestate
Abilitytotravelatleast25%
Knowledgeofhealthcareindustry,strategy,andoperations
Demonstratedabilitytoworkinanall-remoteenvironment,showingindependenceandautonomyyet abletocollaboratewithsubjectmatterexperts(SME)asneeded
Demonstratedabilitytobuildandmaintainastrongworkingrelationshipwithkeystakeholders
Excellentwrittenandoralcommunicationskills
Strongsystemsthinkingandproblem-solvingskills
