System One HR Coordinator in Chouteau, Oklahoma

System One is in search of an HR Coordinator for a top-notch company in the Chouteau area. Qualified candidates will join an established team of professionals who excel in their areas of expertise. The company is interested in a talented individual with the appropriate background to have a positive impact in achieving success. The ideal candidate will have experience pertaining to personnel records management, motor vehicle report processes, and CDL requirement tracking and auditing.

Responsibilities:

  • Audit personnel files for appropriate documentation.

  • Review, organize, and track MVR results while maintaining appropriate records associated with follow up activities.

  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

  • Review CDL and medical certifications, performing compliance audit and follow up where necessary.

  • Assist with additional projects as needed.

    Requirements:

  • At least one (1) year of related experience performing routine HR related tasks is strongly preferred.

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Some college or Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Must possess the ability and willingness to gather information and process with a high level of accuracy.

  • Must be computer literate and have the ability to navigate between multiple programs and systems simultaneously.
