Join our Chicago Team: Safety Manager position available

We are currently seeking a Safety Manager to oversee safety protocols across our projects mostly in the Industrial and Nuclear sectors. Key responsibilities include conducting safety meetings, identifying potential risks, and implementing necessary safety measures. The role entails providing safety education, developing work plans, and scrutinizing safety plans from external partners to ensure project safety.

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • A comprehensive understanding of OSHA regulations is essential, ensuring compliance with safety standards and guidelines.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to convey safety information clearly and facilitate effective collaboration.

  • Candidates should be prepared for travel, with the ability to spend up to 50-75% of their time supporting the Chicago office.

  • Possession of OSHA 30 certification is required, and OSHA 500 is preferred, showcasing a commitment to professional development and expertise in safety protocol.

  • Being English/Spanish bilingual is considered a plus, enhancing the candidate's ability to communicate and engage with a diverse workforce.
