Tempus AI seeks a Technical Program Manager in Chicago, IL.

Duties: Work with product and engineering teams to launch new features. Understand and qualify product requirements, support engineering teams in making progress against a roadmap, align scientific results with business outcomes, help to measure and communicate progress against OKRs and KPIs. Collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, clinicians, and external partners to understand project requirements and technical constraints. Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Develop and maintain detailed program plans, outlining objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables. Align program strategies with business goals, ensuring a clear roadmap for the development and deployment of real-world data products. Telecommuting permitted.

Requires a Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Biotechnology, Biology, Computer Science or a related field (or its equivalent) plus 5 years in a related occupation.

Requires 5 years of experience working with Agile methodologies, leading product teams, managing end-to-end product development processes and product lifecycle management.\ Requires 5 years of experience in program/project management disciplines including Program alignment and integration, Program Planning and Management, Program Tracking, and Communication & Engagement.\ Requires 3 years of experience in data analytics and working with real-world healthcare datasets.\ Requires 3 years of experience in technical program management experience working directly with software engineering teams in technology/software within healthcare industry.\ Requires 2 years of experience working with datasets in oncology/pharmaceuticals and familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases.\ Requires 1 year of experience with cloud services such as AWS and GCP.
