Honeywell Material Handler - Level 2 in Charlotte, North Carolina

Produce high-quality products and services for our customers. You will assemble and inspect the product to ensure the highest quality product is provided to our customers. You will be responsible for your work area to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area. You will set up and monitor the production of the product in your area and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to address safety, production, and quality improvements.

Key Responsibilities

-Participate in team meetings/ tier meetings

-Binning of incoming parts

-Responsible for parts quantity accuracy

-Receiving and issuing of parts

-Timely barcoding of empty bin part

-Receives, unpacks, checks, and stores merchandise, or materials

-Fills requisitions and orders

-Packs, crates, and ships products and materials to customers, departments, or assembly lines

-Demonstrated ability to understand and perform all necessary systems transactions and make corrections as necessary

WE VALUE

-High School Diploma or GED

-Experience in Logistics or relevant functions

-Experience in material handling

-Reach truck, or cherry picker material handling equipment

-Computer literacy

-Can use/read measurement tools

-Good oral and written communication skills

-A certain degree of creativity and latitude

-Excellent work ethic, ability to report to work every day, and willingness to learn and to be a team player

-Ability to collaborate with others and work independently

-Ability to identify key details

Ability to troubleshoot.
