Sales - Fire Inspection Sales Representative

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Utilize cold sales calls, existing customers, networking, and leads to identify, propose, and ultimately close on fire alarm, extinguisher, kitchen suppression, and fire sprinkler inspection sales.

Manage time in order to complete the maximum amount of lead generation, sales calls, and sales in any given period.

Perform site surveys of customer locations and review results with district service team to accurately present and propose life safety inspection services.

Maintain a customer focus through timely communication, accurate proposals, identifying additional life safety inspection service needs, and quickly resolving concerns and complaints.

Develop and maintain an active life safety inspection proposal pipeline to support district needs and future growth within assigned territory.

Perform any other tasks assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Working knowledge of applicable NFPA inspection requirements for fire alarm, extinguisher, kitchen suppression, and fire sprinklers.

A minimum of two or more years of successful sales experience.

Strong organization, interpersonal, and presentation skills, along with self-motivation with the ability to work independently, are a must.

The ability to work and thrive within our culture of teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Competency with the Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn Service Trade.

Possess a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company requirements.

NICET Certification in Fire Alarm Systems, Special Hazards, or Fire Sprinkler Inspections is a plus.
